Every classroom at Clarence has been specifically designed with children in mind. Our homely environments help children to feel safe while our specially selected resources encourage creative thinking, problem solving, collaboration and imagination.

From daily visits to our local parks to explorations in the wider Tokyo area, we know the benefits of learning in the great outdoors and take full advantage of this. Our regular trips to the local “Muddy Parks” are a real highlight for the children – we love jumping in muddy puddles!

Books play a huge role in our curriculum and we believe that a love of reading is fostered early in childhood. There are plenty of cosy nooks around the school to curl up with a good read, and our magical library allows children to take a new book home with them every week.
