Clubs
Club activities are set each term, and children broaden their interests through fun club activities, developing their inquisitiveness and curiosity. Club activities do not use textbooks and are not part of the KEC programme. Instead of “learning English”, Through club activities, children develop the ability to think independently, express themselves, cooperate and socialise, and develop an intrinsic desire to challenge themselves.
The lessons are offered from Monday to Friday (except for Tuesday) from 15:15 to 16:15 at the Annex building, and the activities changes on a termly basis.

Location
All club lessons will take at our Annex building (3-3-14 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo 107-0062).
Important Notes
- The club schedule changes on a termly basis. Each child will be enrolled for one term at a time. You should reapply for a club place if you wish to continue in the next term.
- Each child will initially be assigned one club per term based on their expressed preference. We may offer a seat in additional clubs if requested and space permits or becomes available.
- The number of club sessions held varies from term to term.
- Members who join mid-term are still responsible for the full term fees.
- We do not offer make-up lessons for club activities.
- Payment deadlines will be notified each term. We only accept bank transfer payments.

Who can join?
Anyone who is at least 3 years old as of 1st of September 2024 for school year 2024-25 are eligible to participate.
